What a fun two days! Isar sat down with me a few weeks back and gave me some much needed pointers, advice, and critiques to improve my #nordictattoo work. I learned a ton from him and Taryn, two people I greatly admire. . While it is not complete, here is the first piece I was able to use the techniques on. 2 days back to back! I truly feel 3 days back to back is achievable by most people using this style/technique. . Matt, a longtime client and great guy, simply asked for a #godmask #berzerker so a bear on its head, symbolizing his love for frenzied battle; in this case its roller derby. (Yes, men do it too) . Matt has a full sleeve of my Nordic work on his other arm, and sat like a champ during these two back to back days full of dot after dot of various size. . Day 1 - Artwork development, drawing it all on him, and then dot-lining it all. . Day 2 bold lines and lots of dots to create the look. . . What do you think? Would you get something like this tattooed by me? Would you let me tattoo you for 3 days in a row? . I’m truly curious.
