I got to add a background to this Celtic sleeve tattoo that I started years ago. . Jeff came to me several years ago with a request that included Celtic style dragon on the shoulder and 5 specific knots going down his arm…This tattoo marked a time of uncertainty, and great change in his life, and in the end helped him endure with new found fortitude. . I was reluctant to take it on because tying 5 knots together sounded daunting. But I’m so happy I took the challenge. It evolved and became what you see here. It did take quite a lot of drawing time initially, trying different things together to tie the knots together. Eventually doing a semi nordic style into the knots. I learned a ton, and made a fried in the process. . Thanks for the trust Jeff! Keep fighting the good fight. . . Everything is 1-2 years old except for the simple background we added. It sets the knots off and creates a finished look. It’s hard to see here but there is a fade from the top to the wrist, 4 shades blended down to the wrist.
