Brad came to me with a concept last year. He described a few scenes showing parts of his life that he wanted as his second tattoo, made into a nordic half sleeve... it took me a bit to make it all flow, and come together... here is the final session on this Nordic Half Sleeve depicting Brad’s life up to this point; 4 sessions to complete it all. We left room for the future chapters. . Smaller details ins multiple scenes tied into one half Sleeve does take more time than my usual Nordic tattoo. I generally like to work with one or two major concepts, and a few smaller concepts to[ tie things together. I made an exception for Brad. We’re both happy with the result and I know he will be back for more in the future. Many of the tattoos I create on clients create a bond between us. It’s more than the time we share together creating… it’s something deeper. Many people call it tattoo therapy. I don’t know about therapy, but I sure get to meet some great people. And many become lifelong friends in the process. . Tattoos can tell stories, represent change or challenge. They can give the power to overcome, or even help remember.
