Here’s some in progress shots of Randy’s Norse sleeve. This one is a coverup and we’re a few sessions into it. . Cover-ups and re-works add quite a bit to the complexity, and the time it takes to do the tattoo, drawings take longer when a coverup is involved and we have major limitations because of the existing pigments and how ink ages and mixes in the skin. It takes a lot of planning to make sure the piece will look good for years. (Not just for a pic) . Most of my time these days has been spent on these amazing larger pieces. If I didn’t have bills, I’d do them just for pure enjoyment. The people I select to work with makes all the difference. Some great people I get to spend my days around.
